Privacy & pilot terms

Your information and its use

We store your name, email, a salted password hash, CV/job text, evidence, answers and coaching results to provide the service. Remove identity numbers, addresses, contact details and confidential employer information before submitting. Do not include other people’s information without their permission.

AI and voice services

When enabled and with your consent, relevant text is sent to OpenAI to create your plan or feedback and may be processed outside your country. Feedback includes your job description and up to five recent evidence entries. Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription; we do not persist audio files. Review and edit the transcript before submitting it for evaluation. API storage is disabled, but this does not guarantee zero provider retention; the provider’s policy applies.

Retention and control

Raw CV/job text, evidence and answers are encrypted before storage. Generated plans and feedback remain in the protected database. Training material expires after 90 days; local backups expire after 7 days. Export your data, delete evidence or missions, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion does not immediately erase backups; they expire within 7 days and deletion requests must be reapplied after restoration. Account name and email remain until account deletion.

Feedback, credits and payments

Scores are coaching estimates, not hiring predictions or validated competency measures. Do not invent achievements; verify outputs. Pilot credits are free: 5 for a mission, 2 per evaluated answer, 1 per voice transcription. Failed operations are refunded. Payments are closed; this pilot has no subscription or charges.

Administration and contact

Pilot administrators can see account details, balances and usage totals; the admin dashboard does not display CV or answer content. For support or privacy requests, contact the pilot administrator who issued your invitation. Public registration and payments require separate operational, privacy and payment readiness checks.
